aj_creative was responsive and delivered as promised. Having never used an online graphic artist before, it was an adjustment trying to communicate revisions effectively through email - trying to convey specific direction when it was sometimes difficult to describe the degree of alteration I wanted. That frustration is on me, not the designer.

If I had more time and could have done another round of revisions (which was included in the price) I think I would have been 100% satisfied, but I ran out of time, so I accepted the delivery at about 90%. The artist was very responsive, though, and overall it was a great experience -- I just should have planned more time.
